Whittier Hills Healthcare in Whittier, CA is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehab program. You will screen and evaluate patients, develop care plans, and deliver skilled therapies for geriatric clients.

This role offers a flexible schedule with work-life balance and pay of $45-$55 per hour based on experience. New grads welcome; OT license required to practice.

Qualifications

• OT license is required to practice as an occupational therapist.
• Open to OTs at all experience levels; new grads are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care, and develop care plans.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary interventions per regulatory standards.
• Perform rehabilitation procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and wound care.
• Consult patients, families, and caregivers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries meeting regulatory requirements.
