Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center GW Health opened its doors in April 2025 as the first new full-service hospital in Washington, DC in more than 25 years, delivering expanded clinical care in partnership with local providers and community centers.

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (Full-Time/Days) to join our team, provide Occupational Therapy services per licensure, and support patients, families and the community while adapting to changing assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an A.O.T.A. accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
• Master's degree from an A.O.T.A. accredited school of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• OT License accredited school of Occupational Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services per licensure and regulatory requirements.
• Work under the Department Manager/Director to meet patient and community needs.
• Respond to new and changing work assignments; perform other duties as assigned.

Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center GW Health opened its doors in April 2025 as the first new full-service hospital in Washington, DC in more than 25 years! Integrating clinical care with existing community providers, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC’s), The George Washington University Hospital, and our Urgent Care Center in Ward 8, this enhanced integrated delivery system will establish a robust network of care for all District residents, but more importantly, it will ensure residents of Wards 7 and 8 have access to high quality care in their community. Our advanced hospital will offer 136 beds (with the ability to expand to 184 beds), a verified trauma center, adult and pediatric emergency departments, maternal health and newborn delivery, an ambulatory pavilion for clinic visits and other outpatient services, onsite 550-car parking garage, and a helipad for emergency transport.

Our ideal candidate will work under the direction of the Department Manager/Director to fullfil the needs of patients, families and community by providing Occupational Therapy services in accordance with thier licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements. Responds effectively to new and changing work assignments. Performs other duties as assigned.
