Job summary

Otterbein Lebanon SeniorLife in Lebanon, OH is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team. You will screen, evaluate, reevaluate, discharge plan and revise care plans under physician supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license and appropriate national board certifications.
