Otterbein Lebanon SeniorLife Community in Lebanon, Ohio is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapy team. You will implement the plan of care and collaborate with the RPT and physician to deliver quality resident care.

We seek a PTA with an accredited degree and active license, plus strong organizational and communication skills, while adhering to Functional Pathways policies. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for direct applicants.
