Job summary

Otterbein Lebanon SeniorLife in Lebanon, Ohio, is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team. The OT will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plans, and revise care plans under physician supervision.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for direct applicants and a supportive environment focused on compassionate care and engaging activities for residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license and appropriate certifications per state/national boards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures.
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.

Responsibilities

• The Occupational Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician.
