Functional Pathways is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join their team at Otterbein Lebanon in Lebanon, Ohio. The therapist will be responsible for screening, evaluating, re-evaluating, and discharging patients under the supervision of a Physician.

Job Summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
