Hondros College of Nursing in Michigan is seeking a Full-Time Nursing Instructor (BSN required) to teach courses across modalities, guide students, and support program outcomes. You will deliver instruction, provide timely feedback, and maintain office hours to promote learning.

The role requires a MSN, 3 years RN experience, and an active IN RN license. You will participate in NCLEX prep, accreditations, and campus activities, with a full workload as faculty.

Qualifications

• Teaching experience preferred; minimum 3 years in field of study.
• 3 years’ experience as a registered nurse.
• Active IN RN license that has never been encumbered.
• MSN required.
• Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver instruction in courses aligned with qualifications and areas of expertise.
• Manage instructional activities across modalities (lab, simulation, clinical) per policies and accreditation.
• Maintain weekly office hours to support learning and answer questions.
• Provide consistent feedback and assess student performance toward program outcomes.
• Participate in NCLEX preparation and ensure compliance with accrediting standards.
• Teach a full workload as full-time faculty; up to 30 hours per week for part-time.
• Participate in professional development and attend campus meetings.
