Job summary

Hondros College of Nursing in Indianapolis, Indiana invites applications for a Full-Time Nursing Instructor (BSN Required). The instructor will teach courses across modalities, provide guidance to students, maintain office hours, and contribute to program outcomes while preparing students for NCLEX.

Requirements include an active Indiana RN license, a Master of Science in Nursing, and at least three years of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Teaching experience preferred (minimum of 3 years in the field).
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with students, peers and partners.
• Excellent written communication and strong verbal communication skills.
• Must maintain licensure and credentials for clinical teaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction in courses aligned with qualifications and expertise.
• Ensure all instructional activities and required hours meet policies and accreditation.
• Maintain weekly office hours to support student learning and provide guidance.
• Demonstrate meaningful instructional presence across modalities.
• Support student learning outcomes and NCLEX preparation throughout the program.
