Crossroads Treatment Centers in Duffield, VA is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic. You will prescribe medications, perform injections when needed, and coordinate care with the broader clinic team.

The role requires an active Virginia NP license, DEA registration, and experience in addiction medicine. A stable schedule is 8am–5pm, four days per week, in a supportive outpatient environment.
