Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for our Wilmerding, PA outpatient clinic. You will evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder, prescribe medications, and document care per standards.

Qualified candidates have an active PA NP license, DEA registration, and eligibility for Medicaid/Medicare enrollment. Experience in addiction medicine is preferred; strong collaboration with the team is essential.
