Crossroads seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner at our Duffield, VA outpatient clinic to treat patients with opioid use disorder. You will evaluate, diagnose, and manage care, prescribe medications, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery.

Active Virginia NP license with DEA registration is required. Experience in addiction medicine is preferred, with a commitment to evidence-based MAT and patient-centered care.

• Willingness to collaborate across clinic teams and coordinate care.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient settings.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by assessment.
• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and community providers for holistic care.
• Perform injections and participate in schedule coordination across Duffield center.
