You will support daily living activities, vital signs, and basic patient care under RN supervision. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, current Nurse Aide registry listing, and BLS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Current listing with the state Nurse Aide Registry as Nurse Aide I or II.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Supports patients with activities of daily living.
• Assists with personal hygiene and vital signs.
• Observes changes in patient conditions and reports promptly.
• Maintains clean and orderly patient rooms.
• Performs routine clerical tasks and data entry.
• Administers basic tests and venipuncture as trained.
