Job summary

Marietta Heights Post Acute, part of PACS Group, is seeking a full-time Night Shift STNA in Marietta, Ohio. If you’re compassionate and dependable, join our team to provide hands-on care to residents and support daily living activities.

You will assist with bathing, grooming, transfers, mobility, and report changes to the nurse. We offer competitive pay, benefits, time off, and growth opportunities in a supportive environment within a post-acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio STNA certification
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to safely assist residents with daily care and mobility
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nurse
• Complete accurate documentation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Promote resident dignity, independence, privacy, and respect
• Work closely with nurses and the rest of the care team
• Follow resident care plans and facility policies
