The Saint Francis Hospital Muskogee, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse I for full-time night shift.

The RN I assesses, plans, implements and evaluates nursing care using the nursing process in alignment with hospital standards and unit policies to monitor patient functional status. Responsibilities include utilizing nursing process, documenting steps, coordinating care with disciplines, and supporting discharge planning and patient education while considering age, culture and psychosocial

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved nursing program and licensure eligibility.
• Valid RN license in Oklahoma or multi-state license.
• 0–6 months related nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Utilizes the nursing process to care for patients.
• Assesses, organizes and completes patient care with age and cultural considerations.
• Documents steps of the nursing process.
