Formación

• Has completed the basic nursing program and holds RN license.
• Strong knowledge of disease management, clinical pathways, and patient care standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication; ability to organize and prioritize work.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborates with other disciplines and coordinates discharge planning and referrals.
• Documents nursing steps and monitors patient status with attention to age, culture, and psychosocial factors.
