The Registered Nurse I at Saint Francis Hospital Muskogee, 2 South Observation, provides patient-centered care using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement and evaluate, in accord with unit policies to monitor patient status.

You will work full-time nights (three 12-hour shifts per week), including weekends and holidays per department guidelines, collaborating with the care team and ensuring accurate documentation and patient education.

Formación

• Active Oklahoma RN license or multi-state license.
• 0–6 months related nursing experience.
• Completion of basic professional nursing curricula (diploma/degree) as approved by state board.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes the nursing process to care for patients.
• Assess, organize, and complete patient care considering age, culture, and psychosocial factors.
• Document steps of the nursing process using proper medical terminology.
