You will maintain documentation, monitor outcomes, ensure infection control, provide emotional support, supervise team members, and engage in ongoing professional development to improve patient care and operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing required and RN licensure.
• Acute/Critical Care certifications and specialty credentials preferred.
• A broad set of advanced nursing certifications listed in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Assess physiological, psychological, developmental and socio-cultural factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans; revise as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and communication.
• Document patient information accurately in the medical record.
• Evaluate care plans and adjust to improve outcomes.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication.
• Supervise care provided by team members and delegate as needed.

• Respond promptly to code situations and stabilize patients.
