Qualifications

• RN licensure in Florida or eligible
• Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred
• 1+ year acute care hospital experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, development, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and maintain clear documentation.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care activities and outcomes.
• Respond to code situations promptly and participate in performance improvement activities.
