Job summary

Temple Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant to join the Float Team at Jeanes Campus. The role supports the RN with patient care activities during a 7:00 am to 7:30 pm shift and contributes to high-quality, compassionate care.

You will work under the Nurse Manager, perform duties as delegated, and uphold Temple Health's customer service standards while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Trade School Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant Program or current Nursing student with satisfactory completion of at least one clinical rotation Required or
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required

Responsibilities

• Assist the RN with patient care activities delegated to unlicensed nursing staff.
• Incorporate the Hospital's Customer Service Program into all patient care activities.
• Accountable to the Nurse Manager or designee for all activities.
