Job summary

Momentous Health at Sidney is seeking a compassionate LPN/RN to care for residents in a long-term care setting. You will administer medications, maintain patient records, and support physicians during rounds.

Qualifications

• Current State License as an LPN or RN.
• Experience working with elderly residents in healthcare settings.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Empathy and compassionate patient care.
• Effective communication with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments to residents as per physician orders.
• Maintain accuracy of patient records and charting as needed.
• Report and investigate incidents thoroughly and timely.
• Assist physicians during rounds.
• Provide guidance and training for aides.
• Demonstrates proficient nursing skills in daily care.

To Qualify as an LPN/RN:

• Current State License as an LPN/RN

• Prior experience working with the elderly population

• Prior experience in Long-Term Care/Healthcare is preferred

• Empathy and care for those that need help
