Job summary

Momentous Health at Sidney is seeking an LPN to provide compassionate care for residents on the night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM. One shift per week supports a caring team dedicated to high-quality long-term care in a welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate holds an Ohio LPN license and brings empathy, strong communication, and experience with the elderly. We offer a supportive workplace with opportunities for growth and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current State License as an LPN (Ohio)
• Experience with elderly population
• Long-Term Care/Healthcare experience preferred
• Empathy and care for those needing help
• Effective communication skills

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Maintain accuracy of patient records and charting
• Report and investigate incidents promptly
• Assist physicians during rounds
• Provide guidance and training for aides
• Demonstrates proficient nursing skills

To Qualify as an LPN:

• Current State License as an LPN
• Prior experience working with the elderly population
• Prior experience in Long-Term Care/Healthcare is preferred
