Job summary

Momentous Health at Richfield is seeking an LPN to join our team and provide compassionate nursing care in a supportive environment. The role focuses on resident well‑being, safety, and quality care while collaborating with physicians and aides.

You will administer medications, document care, and assist during rounds, ensuring each resident’s dignity and needs are met with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications

• Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
• Long-term care experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Report and investigate incidents thoroughly and timely.
