Job summary

Momentous Healthcare in Ohio is seeking a compassionate LPN/RN to join our team serving elderly residents in a warm, supportive environment. You will administer medications, maintain records, and work with physicians during rounds.

Qualifications

• Current State License as an LPN
• Prior experience working with the elderly population
• Prior experience in Long-Term Care/Healthcare is preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy of patient records including charting as needed
• Report and investigate incidents thoroughly and timely
• Assist physicians during rounds
• Provide guidance and training for aides
