Job summary

Momentous Health at Farnklin is seeking an RN to make a difference for our residents in a caring team environment.

As an RN you will administer medications, maintain charting, assess residents, and assist physicians during rounds while training aides.

Requirements include current RN license, experience with elderly, and preference for long-term care background; benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Current State RN license.
• Experience with elderly population.
• Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• Empathy and caring approach.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments to residents as per physician orders.
• Maintain accuracy of patient records including charting as needed.
• Assess residents and document findings on a regular basis.
• Report and investigate incidents thoroughly and timely.
• Assist physicians during rounds.
• Provide guidance and training for aides.
• Demonstrates proficient nursing skills.

To Qualify as an RN:

• Current State License as an RN
• Prior experience working with the elderly population
• Prior experience in Long-Term Care/Healthcare is preferred
• Empathy and care for those that need help
• Effective communication skills
