St. Francis Healthcare Center in California is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time Night Shift (NOC). You’ll deliver compassionate, resident-centered care during overnight hours and support a safe, comfortable living environment.

This role requires active California CNA certification, strong communication, and the ability to work independently on a cohesive healthcare team. New graduates welcome; previous skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered care while preserving dignity and independence.
• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, repositioning).
• Monitor residents at night and report changes to the licensed nurse.
• Respond to call lights and overnight care needs promptly.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Document care accurately and completely per facility policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
