Job summary

Pediatric Home Service, Inc. in Ennis, TX is seeking an RN or LVN to provide dedicated pediatric home health care. You will care for children with complex medical needs, using ventilator care, G-tube, and Trach support in the home, delivering compassionate one-on-one nursing.

The role offers flexible evening shifts with a supportive team, thorough hands-on training, and 24/7 supervisor support. Prior pediatric experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn will fit in.

Qualifications

• RN or LVN license in Texas.
• Pediatric home health experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and join a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric in-home nursing care.
• Care for infants with G-tube, Trach, and Vent support.
• Support families and coordinate care with the team.
