Pediatric Home Service, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an RN or LVN to provide pediatric home health care, caring for one child at a time with G-tube, Trach and Vent support.

You will work flexible hours at client homes, receive hands-on training, and join a supportive team dedicated to helping kids thrive at home.

Qualificações

• RN or LVN license active in Texas
• Experience in pediatric home health preferred
• Willingness to learn and provide compassionate one-on-one care

Responsabilidades

• Provide pediatric home health care for one child at a time
• Manage G-tube, Trach, and Ventilator needs as required
• Collaborate with families and care team to ensure safe, effective care
• Maintain accurate documentation and shift handoffs
