Job summary

Pediatric Home Service is seeking a compassionate RN or LVN to join our pediatric home health team in Anna, TX. You will provide in-home care for one child at a time, often with G-tube, trach or ventilator needs, and build meaningful connections with families.

Flexible schedules and supportive training ensure you can grow while making a real difference. We offer medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, 100 hours of PTO in the first year and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Pediatric nursing experience preferred but not required to start.
• In-home pediatric care for one child at a time.
• Willingness to learn ventilator, trach and G-tube care (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home pediatric nursing for a single child at a time.
• Build real connections with the child and family.
• Support the child’s ability to live at home and attend school.
• Administer medications and monitor progress as prescribed.
