Job summary

Pediatric Home Service, Inc. is seeking dedicated RNs and LVNs to provide in-home pediatric care in Lufkin, TX. You will care for children with complex medical needs, delivering one-on-one nursing support in the home.

Qualifications

• RN or LVN license required or pending.
• Active Texas nursing license preferred.
• Experience in pediatric home health a plus.

• Monitor medical conditions and manage devices (e.g., g-tube, ventilator) as needed.
• Collaborate with families and care team to ensure safe, effective home care.
