Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management in El Paso, TX is seeking compassionate CNAs for full-time night shifts (10 PM–6 AM). Qualified applicants are licensed CNAs or students enrolled in CNA programs with at least 6 months of experience or clinical exposure.

Qualifications

• Licensed CNA or currently enrolled in CNA program.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a CNA or clinical experience during CNA training.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to provide care.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals.
• Report missing ID bands to admissions staff immediately.
• Make beds and clean bedside areas; ensure water pitchers are clean and within reach.
• Assist with other duties as directed by supervisors.

Education

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or enrollment in CNA program
