Job summary

Signature HealthCARE LLC in Danville, KY is hiring a Full Time Certified Nursing Assistant for the night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). You will provide direct resident care under licensed nursing supervision and help maintain a compassionate, safe care environment.

Qualifications

• Current active Nursing Assistant certification from the state.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team and under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change.
• Function independently and work effectively with stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living (ADLs) within the scope of practice as defined by state regulation and the resident’s plan of care.
• Change bed linen and maintain supplies in resident room.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record resident vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other information.
• Routinely turn and position residents.
• Support resident rights and choices within the care environment.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned areas.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff.
