Job summary

Village Staffing is assisting a family in Montclair, NJ, to hire a full-time nanny/family assistant for two boys aged 2.5 years and 6 months. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:15 AM to 5:00 PM, with a hourly rate of $30–$35. Start date is September 21.

Family vehicle is provided for work-related driving, and there may be travel. Ideal candidates are warm, organized, and capable of managing schedules, activities, and development independently.

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping related to the children.
• Simple meal and snack preparation.
• Grocery shopping, family errands, and household organization.
• Feed the family dog daily and manage backyard access.
• Flexibility to stay later as needed.
