Provide nurturing care and interact with the infant daughter in an active, engaging, and age‑appropriate way. You will be responsible for all child‑related duties including meal preparation, cleaning/tidying nursery and play areas, child’s laundry, researching and planning playdates and activities, and supporting transition to solids.
Guaranteed 40 hours/week: Monday‑Thursday 8:30‑5:30pm and morning hours on Friday. Availability to flex for infrequent earlier/later days and a full day on Friday as needed. No overtime or date‑night care is expected (sporadic if needed). No travel is anticipated.
$30‑$35 per hour (paid as a W2 employee + all hours over 40 hr paid at 1.5 rate) plus monthly metrocard and standard sick/personal days, vacation and public holidays plus possible healthcare stipend (dependent on experience and other considerations).
Full Time live‑out Nanny required for a Brooklyn Heights family with an infant daughter (born August 2025) starting no later than early January 2026.
Start date: no later than January 2026 (Mom returns to work mid January).
