Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Order products via iPad to ensure stock conditions.
4. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to guidelines.
5. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues.
6. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
7. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in store.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old, valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Ability to drive your vehicle to various store locations
• Physical ability to perform tasks like lifting, bending, and stocking
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25-35 miles of Wichita, KS
• Availability on Sunday through Wednesday and Friday, starting by 7 am
