Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of full-time Nabisco Merchandisers/Order Writers to fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products on shelves and construct promotional displays.

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

• Order products via iPad Tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions.

• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelēz’s guidelines.

• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’s management team.

• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.

• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

• Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in-store.

• Hourly compensation rate of $17.00

Who is a good fit?

• Must be at least 18 years old, with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Positive, professional, self-motivated individual capable of working independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).

• Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs, including moving products from stockrooms to store shelves.

• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.

• Reside within 25-35 miles of primary location: Wichita, KS.

• Secondary location: Wellington, KS.

• Availability required: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday; start by 7 am.
