Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order products via iPad Tablet to ensure in-stock conditions for shelves and displays.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelez’s guidelines.
• Follow plans negotiated with store managers and communicate issues with Mondelez management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in store.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old, with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to store locations (mileage reimbursed)
• Physically able to perform tasks like lifting up to 25 lbs, pushing/pulling over 50 lbs, and moving products in a fast-paced environment
• Retail/grocery experience a plus
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Pleasanton, CA, with secondary locations in Livermore and Danville, CA
• Schedule: open availability required
