Join to apply for the Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser Order Writer role at Mondelēz International

Join our team of Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

Responsibilities include:

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
2. Conduct in-store visits, capture pictures of displays, and ensure proper product placement.
3. Order products via iPad to ensure shelves and displays are stocked.
4. Maintain well-represented, stocked, and maintained leading brands according to Mondelēz guidelines.
5. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
6. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
7. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and support new product launches.
8. Represent Mondelēz with a positive attitude in-store.

Ideal candidate:

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently
• Able to drive and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
• Resides within 25-35 miles of Lansing, MI or secondary locations
• Availability on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
