Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
3. Order products via iPad Tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions.
4. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’s guidelines.
5. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with Mondelēz’s management team.
6. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
7. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Represent Mondelēz with a positive attitude in stores.

• Hourly compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.50 based on experience.

Who is a good fit?

• Must be at least 18, with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Physically capable of repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Lansing, MI, with secondary locations in Bath, MI, Grand Ledge, MI, Mason, MI.
• Availability on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
