Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team as a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities include:

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
3. Order products via iPad for shelves and displays to ensure stock conditions.
4. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelez’s guidelines.
5. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with Mondelez management.
6. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
7. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Ability to drive and perform physical tasks including lifting and stocking
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25-35 miles of Iowa City, IA or Cedar Rapids, IA
• Availability to work Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday
