Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

• Order products via iPad Tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions.

• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’s guidelines.

• Ensure Sales Representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’s management team.

• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.

• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.

• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.50 to $19.00 based on relevant experience

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years old, have a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID, and proof of valid auto insurance. This role services a military base facility where a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID is required for access.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Positive and professional attitude, self-motivated, able to work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).

• Ability to perform physical activities like lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs, including moving products from stock rooms to store shelves.

• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.

• Live within 25-35 miles of Indianapolis, IN.

• Secondary locations: Greenfield, IN.

• Schedule availability: Tuesday-Saturday.
