Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team as a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order products via iPad to ensure stock conditions are maintained.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelez guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with Mondelez management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

• Hourly rate from $16.50 to $19.00 based on experience.

Who is a good fit?

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID, and proof of auto insurance. This is required for access to a military base facility.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your own vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Capable of performing physical activities such as lifting up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, moving products, and stocking shelves.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Greenwood, IN, with availability to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
