Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
3. Order products via iPad Tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions.
4. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelez’ guidelines.
5. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with Mondelez management.
6. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
7. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

• Hourly compensation from $16.00 to $18.00 based on experience

Who Is a Good Fit?

• Must be at least 18 years old, with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to store locations with mileage reimbursement.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs., and pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Huntsville, AL, with availability on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
