Join our team of Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
2. Conduct in-store visits, capture pictures of displays, and ensure products are well presented.
3. Order products via iPad to ensure shelves are stocked and displays are maintained.
4. Follow Mondelēz' guidelines to ensure leading brands are well represented and maintained.
5. Coordinate with store managers to follow negotiated plans and communicate any issues.
6. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
7. Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Represent Mondelēz with a positive attitude in-store.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive and perform physical activities like lifting and stocking.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Madison, AL or secondary locations.
• Availability for schedule: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
