Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team at Mondelēz International as a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer and fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays. Represent iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and more.

Responsibilities include:

1. Represent Mondelēz in stores, work with sales reps to enhance product visibility and promotional displays.
2. Conduct in-store visits, capture pictures of displays, and ensure products are well-stocked.
3. Order products via iPad to maintain stock levels.
4. Ensure leading brands are properly represented and maintained according to guidelines.
5. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
6. Adhere to daily schedules for efficient store service.
7. Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Maintain a positive attitude while representing the brand in stores.

Ideal candidate:

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently.
• Able to drive to various store locations and perform physical activities (lifting, bending, stocking).
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Cleburne, TX, or secondary location Burleson, TX.
• Availability to work 5 days a week, including one weekend, starting at 6:00 am, 40 hours/week.
