Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities include:

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Order products via iPad to ensure stock conditions are met.
4. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following company guidelines.
5. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in-store.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Ability to drive your vehicle to various locations (mileage reimbursed)
• Physically capable of repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Cleburne, TX; secondary location: Burleson, TX
• Availability: 5 days/week including 1 weekend day, starting at 6:00 am, 40 hours/week
