Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years' security officer experience; military or law enforcement background preferred.
• Associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Museum policies and procedures.
• Respond to emergencies, disturbances, and threats to life and property.
• Respond to calls and initiate reports or corrective actions.
• Monitor employee entrances/exits and property access.
• Answer security lines using a two-way radio system.
• Conduct foot patrols across multiple floors and buildings.
• Monitor surveillance, fire alarms, and access control systems.
