Olen Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our multifamily community in Las Vegas, NV. You will handle a range of maintenance tasks across units, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work, while delivering excellent resident service.

The role involves preparing vacant units, completing work orders, and participating in community maintenance duties. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of related experience are required, with on‑site responsibilities and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related maintenance experience and/or training.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and co-workers.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Must provide and use own hand tools.
• Problem solving and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and team player attitude.
• Able to respond to emergency calls after hours, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, appliances, and air conditioning.
• Assist with preparing vacant apartments for occupancy and turnover.
• Participate in community maintenance duties such as preventative maintenance and groundskeeping.
