Job summary

ISS Facility Services / Guckenheimer is seeking a Cook in Waltham, MA to prepare meals for multiple service periods (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and catered events. The role requires preparing items per production sheets, maintaining kitchen safety, and operating large culinary equipment such as slicers and mixers.

Must follow HACCP and sanitation standards. The position is full-time with a daytime shift (6:00 am–2:30 pm).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year professional cooking experience or education equivalent.
• Ability to work with large volume culinary equipment.
• Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness and ensure safety standards are followed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner and catered events according to prep lists and production sheets.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment and follow safety and hygiene SOPs.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and government regulations to ensure high quality food service.
• Attend all daily meetings and report any ingredient or safety discrepancies to management.
