As an Associate teacher you will work alongside trained Montessori Teachers to deliver engaging lessons and a nurturing environment for infants through Kindergarten.

Qualifications

• Minimum CDA or Associate’s Degree, or college coursework.
• Age 18 or older.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Human Development.

Responsibilities

• Play a supporting role in Montessori classrooms under trained teachers.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Provide basic care and active supervision of young children.
• Engage children with positive redirection and maintain a positive learning space.
• Communicate with parents on routine health and care matters.

Education

CDA or Associate’s Degree / some college coursework

At least 18 years of age

Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred)
