Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following security procedures.
• Conduct patrols of facility interiors, exterior grounds, and parking areas to identify hazards.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies calmly per site procedures.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction and access control.
• Document observations and communicate with site leadership and emergency responders as needed.
